In summary, here is what you can expect to encounter throughout your dealings with us whether you engage with us as a client seeking talent or as an individual seeking your next career move
We will cast a net over the entire talent pool and identify every single relevant candidate that matches the criteria before reaching out and engaging where possible
We share with you on a weekly basis, our progress and captured market data on an ongoing basis, re-steering the search where necessary
We will jointly agree a long list of 3-5 candidates who are QIA (qualified, interested, available) and proceed to arrange interviews and psychometric tests where appropriate
We will actively manage the offer process, negotiating where required and bringing the process to a successful close. Once the successful candidate has formally accepted their offer, we will work in tandem with you to navigate a smooth onboarding process
