Our hiring process

SCREENING CALL
Let’s get to know each other. This initial step will take the form of a 20 minute video call in which you’ll have the opportunity to hear about what Jurupa offer, whilst telling us all about yourself and what you can bring to the table.
First 5 days
TEAM INTERVIEW
Meet additional members of the team via a series of follow up video calls. Ask us anything you like (the good, the bad, warts and all!) We use these 2nd round calls as an opportunity to evaluate not only your skill set and prior experience, but also the cultural fit.
Within 10 days
CASE STUDY
Let’s see what you can do! In this 3rd and final round, we will set a task for you to ready and present back to us via video call with selected members of the team.
Within 3 weeks
OFFER
If you cut the mustard and we feel certain there’s a match, we’ll extend an offer and (hopefully!) welcome you aboard team Jurupa with great perks and benefits.
