Discovery call (in order to kick-off the relevant project(s) and to build a comprehensive picture of what is required from the requisition/job order(s)
Market mapping/research (Jurupa to assimilate the information gathered during the discovery call and to start plotting out the parameters of the search)
Generally staged after the first round of CVs are submitted, the purpose being to evaluate whether we are on track or if our search criteria requires tweaking
Weekly Cadence Calls
Regular cadence calls (these are normally staged on a weekly basis with the hiring manager and any other relevant stakeholders, the purpose being to evaluate all candidates currently in play, to schedule interviews and to let unsuccessful candidates go where directed)
Guide to Closure
Guide the process to a successful conclusion (schedule and co-ordinate interviews, convey offers of employment, negotiate to a close)
